… so you can keep them stronger for longer.
In the video we are using pool noodles and dog beds, but you can use anything that your dog can step over and have their balance challenged on …
… such as cushions, foam or a mattress.
The key is to make sure it is a moderately unstable surface to help challenge their stabilising and postural muscles.
